Founder & Principal Architect
Jose Pierre is a technology executive and founder recognized for pioneering global retail online trading platforms and leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within financial services.
Over the course of his career, Jose played a central, often behind-the-scenes role in the creation and expansion of landmark platforms, including webBroker for Waterhouse Securities and TD Waterhouse, NetAction for RBC, and online brokerage solutions for Legg Mason, CIBC, and CITIC Bank International. His leadership included senior executive roles at TD Waterhouse Group, where he served as EVP & CTO for International Technology, overseeing platform delivery across Europe, Asia, and North America.
Jose has also served in senior advisory and leadership roles with organizations such as LPL Financial, Broadridge (ADP), EPAM, PwC, and National Bank Financial, contributing strategic perspective on platform architecture, digital strategy, and operational scale.
Today, Jose’s work focuses on writing, reflection, and selective advisory perspectives on leadership, trust, and technology, alongside his ongoing commitment to education and digital literacy through the Children Heritage Foundation, supporting underprivileged students in southern Haiti.
