TD Waterhouse Launches Customized Web Site for Microsoft's Pocket PC Platform
TD Waterhouse Is First Online Financial Services Provider To Offer Easy Access For Users of Pocket PC.
TD Waterhouse Group, Inc. the global online financial
services firm, today became the first online financial services firm to launch
a web site designed for the Microsoft Windows Powered Pocket PC platform. TD
Waterhouse Wireless for Pocket PC provides TD Waterhouse's U.S. customers with
cutting-edge access to their investment accounts through personal digital
assistants powered by the Pocket PC platform.
TD Waterhouse Wireless for Pocket PC is specially formatted to fit on
smaller handheld screens, and is optimized for wireless networks. Mobile
Pocket PC users can reach the site at http://www.tdwaterhouse.com, where they
will be automatically routed to the custom Pocket PC site.
TD Waterhouse's public site is available to all Pocket PC users with
Internet access and features unlimited delayed quotes and quote lists; market
news and updates; charts and company-specific news; fundamentals; and symbol
lookup. TD Waterhouse customers in the U.S. can place stock, mutual fund and
option orders, as well as access account balances, holdings, history, order
status, unlimited real-time quotes, option chains and extensive research.

Systems and Plural, Inc., a New York-based eBusiness consulting and
development firm with a unique combination of deep industry expertise in
financial services and broad technical expertise on the Microsoft platform.
TD Waterhouse also has wireless offerings in the U.S., Canada, the U.K.,
Australia, Japan and Hong Kong and will offer wireless investing solutions for
the Palm and RIM Blackberry platforms later this year.
