EZLink Product Architecture:
How does the System work?

Clients trade through the webBroker Plus front-end, which is fully-customized to match the Financial Institution's existing website's "look and feel". Clients are assisted in their trading by integrated market data tools provided by Thomson, or preferred market data vendor. Back office information, and stock trading and execution are provided by ADP Clearing & Outsourcing Services. Completed trades are posted to this same back office.

Connectivity between the Financial Institution's web system and webBroker Plus is enabled by Marketware using digital certificates, and a single login at the Financial Institution's site.

ADP Clearing & Outsourcing provides electronic daily trade files and monthly statement output for printing locally by the Financial Institution.

The Financial Institution opens accounts on the back office system using an interface provided by ADPCOS, and enables clients for web access using WB+ Admin software provided by Marketware.

The Financial Institution provides an administrator who looks after funds transfers, answers general client queries, and liaises with Marketware or ADPCOS on an escalation-only basis.

Alternatively, a middleware solution only exists whereby a Financial Institution with an existing front end may utilize the Marketware EZLink solution via an XML API to link to backend services.

All normal custodial activity will take place on the accounts using the standard back office functions.
